Brief Description of Project

LGPA project is part of the undertaken initiative of USAID relating to the applied Information Technology utilized by the Local Governance in Albania and has as its objective the implementation of a modern technological process in order to register and collect tax obligations applied conform applied legislation in ten local municipalities. Datech has presented the analysis as part of the projects documentation and is actually in the implementation, adaptation, and organization stage of the applicative software. The system functions with Oracle’s Database SE NUP.

Brief Description of Project

Project consist in scaning and indexing all the documents of ZRPP TIRANE. Also creating the nessecary software for managing the digital archive of the documents by the specialists of ZRPP Tirane.

Upgrade from the system CCMIS in ICMIS (integrated case management information system), where is made dhe development for the management of both civil and penal cases. Installation, testing and training of users of "ICMIS" system, Intranet and Internet connection, and the development and maintenance of the Official Web pages for 39 courts for 1 year.

Brief Description of Project

Datech team divided in two shifts fulfill the commitment of scanning about 1.2 million pages of dossiers (notary deeds for transferring to the new property registration system or kartela based system). The project consist on scanning and indexing notary deeds and creating the electronic Archive. The developed software application gives the possibility to find, display, edit the property information already indexed and saved in the Archive. Brief Description of Project

The project consist in exporting all the data from different types of electronic formats depending on the institutes in one and unique Data Base. The process of unification, verification and the control with “Soundex” methods of all the data of the State Mature 2006 is made conform the standards and technical parameters requested by MOES(Ministry of Education and Science).
The development of software applications to link-up all the data for 93000 requests, made by 23500 applicant students on all theUniversities of Albania.

Brief Description of Project

This project is intended for the extension of the "CCMIS" system on all the courts of the country after the successful experiences with the implementation of this system on the High Court, Tirana District Court and Durres District Court.
DATECH is member of the winning consortium resulted from the tender organized by European Community for the implementation of the applicative software for the registration of the civil court cases. The aim of this project is oriented on two main directions:

1) System implementation and set-up,

2) users training and technical support for the system activation phase.

Brief Description of Project

The contract is part of the project for Automation of IPRS. Four modules of software application will be in use by specialists in back office and operators in reception desks of Tirana branch. This information system will register property information from cadastral registers and from cartels of properties. The software applications for elaboration and printing out the required documentation will facilitate and make more easy and quick the desk service to the interested subjects.
 

Note:
Due to key staff changes in the Central Office (Chief Register and the managerial staff), the project was interrupted in the phase of Software Development and the top managerial staff of IPRO decided to start a new Bank Financed Project to establish the information system with some of the requirements and functionalities of the above mentioned automation project.

Brief Description of Project

DATECH has assisted the Indian company, Assyst India Put LTD to conduct the system study in the Supreme Court of Tirana, Appellate and district Court of Durres and to implement this system in the three above mentioned courts. The system has been worked in Tirana branch (5 workstation) for a period of 2 years. After system consolidation DATECH was asked by Alba Post (Posta Shqiptare) to extend, implement and put in function the same system in Tirana branches (14) and 10 prefectures (24 branches). Also DATECH train and certify 10 IT administrators for each District Head Office and 150 desk operators.

DATECH presented to IPRO the related analysis and develop the software applications for registration the Immovable Property data from Cadastral Registers from the old Registration System (hipoteka/register based). The data entry process cover the data period from year 1917 and this was the first digitalization and electronic recording of such information. After training procedures for the Registration Office operators, our staff have install and configure the network, the Database system, and setup the system for 15 workstations. The database used for the system is Oracle 9i Enterprise.
